A costly bill: The Senate version of the domestic policy legislation would add at least $3.3 trillion to the national debt over the next decade, according to a new analysis from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office. That projection, while subject to change as unresolved differences are sorted out, is higher than for the version that barely squeaked through the House.
