The CBS News Battleground Tracker poll finds that both Republicans and Democrats see the midterms as being about President Trump, albeit for different reasons. CBS News executive director of elections and surveys Anthony Salvanto joined “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” to delve deeper into the poll’s findings.
